World War II History Center
Current Fundraising Campaign:
"Home for the History Center"
Our current fundraising goal is $52,400 (amount adjusted 8/1/09 for interest payments on new contract) for the purchase of the building located at 119 W. Central in El Dorado, the current home of the World War II History Center. We have already invested over $30,000 for the renovation of the building, and now we need your help to permanently secure the facility for our home.
Those who contribute to this campaign will be recognized in two ways. First, your name, your business's name, or your organization's name will be listed below on this webpage, as well as your website address. Your name (and web address) will also be permanently recognized on our Funding Support page. Second, your name will be added to our donor plaque, located at the front entrance, recognizing all those who contributed to this campaign.

There are four levels of recognition on the plaque, and they are listed below:
"Victory" Sponsor: $100 - $249
"Freedom" Sponsor: $250 - $499
"Arsenal of Democracy" Sponsor: $500 - $999
"Friend of Our Veterans" Sponsor: $1,000 and above
If you would like to make a contribution in honor of someone, please indicate the person's name you would like to honor. Any amount contributed over $100.00 automatically makes you eligible for a submission to the Tribute Gallery (one name may be submitted for every $100.00 contributed). Any amount over $250.00 automatically makes you eligible for a submission to our very own Memorial to the World War II Generation (one name may be submitted for every $250.00 contributed).
